Yaya Toure turns down new contract at Barcelona

Yaya Toure, the Barcelona midfielder who is attracting the interest of Arsenal, has turned down a new contract offer from the European champions, giving manager Arsene Wenger hope that he could persuade the player to move to the Emirates Stadium.
